Zones of Regulation is an approach used to support and encourage the development of self-regulation. Think of all the different levels of alertness the average person may feel in one day. The zones of regulation approach separates the states of alertness into four simple to identify categories or zones.
You can read our blog post on the Zones of Regulations for further information on the benefits and strategy.
The ‘Zones of Regulation’ from our Emotions range is a personalised visual board designed to visually teach a user about their core emotions. The four colour-coded zones are blue, green, yellow, and red.
